RETURN POLICY: Bikers Outpost will accept returns within 15 days of purchase only. Please inspect merchandise carefully upon receipt as Bikers Outpost is not responsible once an item has been installed or used. The invoice must accompany the returned item(s) and a Return Authorization must be obtained before returning. All items returned for any reason other than defect(s) will be charged a 20% restocking fee, NO EXCEPTIONS. Customer must pay return shipping costs and a shipper that uses tracking numbers. Customer is to retain proof of shipping. No items will be accepted that are shipped C.O.D. Returned items may not be modified in any way and must be in the same condition as when shipped to the customer. Manufacturers reserve the right to modify products for improvement, and may therefore not always appear exactly as shown. The customer may request refund or exchange if the above criteria are met. There are no refund or exchange privileges for electrical items, helmets, custom orders (e.g. wheels) or other items that appear to be worn, used or installed. However, after an item has been installed or used, any defect(s) should be addressed directly by the manufacturer's warranty if available or by the installer.
